I'm Aline, someone with a knack for strategic thinking, I thrive on finding effective solutions.

I specialize in business intelligence and analytics. As a data analyst, I provide insights to support important decisions at the insurance company where I work. Currently, I am studying to obtain a professional certificate as a Data Engineer and pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics.

I describe myself as someone deeply passionate about data and that have some expertise in working cross-functionally to define and calculate KPI metrics by extracting and transforming them.

This passion occurred after the COVID-19 pandemic. As in many other areas, the department I work in was affected by this crisis, which reshaped and accelerated the importance of data-driven decision-making.

To overcome it, massive changes in processes, procedures, and modes of work were necessary for the company. This led me to increase my collaboration with the IT team to develop more projects based on data analysis to provide direction.

With strategic thinking, a curious mind, and data analysis, I aim to help companies solve problems and gain insights through data to make the best decision and provide the best customer experience, not use that term as a buzzword.
